These extra cards are not included in your library at the start of the game, and are instead swapped in between games to help focus your strategy against your opponent's deck
However you utilize this big baddie, you'll have to pay out $24 for the extended art version , but you can get the regular version for around two bucks
It has seen some play in Standard and I would guess it will see a lot more at some point
