It doesn't matter whether Foggy Swamp Spirit Keeper was on the battlefield when the first card was drawn
Spread out counters, slip through in combat, and reanimate creatures/vehicles from opponents yards
I obviously recommend having one whenever you can, since theres no downside to having one
