While I havent seen Winota, Joiner of Forces at cEDH tables as much recently as in her heyday, theres no question that she can benefit from a card like High Noon

I think it has the most powerful cards and the most options in the format, and I think Whirler Virtuoso and Glorybringer match up very well against Seth Manfields winning deck
