Assuming you are single-sleeving, the sleeves actually work pretty well
With a flick of your fingers, move your chosen commander from the deck box to your command zone

You'll build a 40-card sealed deck out of the contents of your Prerelease Pack and face off against your fellow Magic players
While poisoning your opponent for the win is certainly possible, it is likely your opponent will die from damage before that happens, as your board continuously snowballs
