Im even hearing some rumblings about this card in cEDH for decks that have Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh in the command zone
Every pack of Pokmon cards will now contain three guaranteed foil cards every boosterall cards with a rarity of "Rare" or higher will now be foilin an effort to maintain the quality and value of the Pokmon TCG experience
Important note this is a special expansion like 151 and Prismatic Evolutions, so there are no booster boxes
You just have to hope that nobody else casts a world enchantment of their own to get rid of it
