Ingredients 1 cup parsley, loosely packed 1/4 cup chives or green onions (or mix of both) 1/4 cup tahini 1/4 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon lemon zest + 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 clove garlic, roughly chopped 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional) 1/2 cup water 1/2 teaspoon EACH kosher salt and black pepper pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) Instructions In a small blender or food processor add 1 cup parsley leaves, cup chives or green onions, cup tahini, cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, teaspoon anchovy paste, cup water, teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes
