Layered tulle skirt with flowing princess silhouette
Carpenter went the super-sultry route with a capri-length fitted number by Patou, but to make this more wearable, I built out a black date night outfit using a similar top as the base layer
If the shirt has stripes, everything else should be solid
The rest of the skirt may be plain as it will save weight and remain hidden under a straight cut kurta with high slits
