The environmental costs of tobacco production and consumption have not been extensively studied, however a growing body of evidence demonstrates that the tobacco industry is having a significant effect on the planets natural resources and vulnerable ecosystem

Discussion This is the first study to examine the clustering of the preventable risk factors of smoking, alcohol consumption and weight gain outside of recommendations during pregnancy, and womens preferences for addressing these in routine antenatal care
