06 silverado cigarette lighter fuse 2006 Chevy Lighter, Power Outlet Locations Where Is The Fuse Box

It should read close to 12 volts
Ive checked the two fuses (16 internal, 53 external) and they are both good
The socket only works when you jiggle the plug
Any time you're messing with wiring, even low-voltage stuff, its just smart practice
I pulled a bunch of fuses that I though could possibly be for that outlet and they all looked good
